The Israeli military said early Monday it had again struck targets linked to the leadership of Iran’s security forces, including in the city of Isfahan, as Iran carried out further missile attacks on Israel overnight.
The Israeli military wrote on Telegram that the strikes in Iran targeted command centres belonging to internal security authorities and the Basij militia, which is known for its harsh crackdown on protests inside the country in previous months.
Several long-range ballistic missile launch sites and a rocket engine production facility were also hit, the Israeli military said.
