The southern suburbs of Beirut, large parts of southern Lebanon and several eastern regions of the country are being targeted.
Authorities said dozens of children are among the dead.
The figures were reported on the 10th day of the spiralling war with Iran, which began when the US and Israel launched a large-scale offensive against the country.
In response, Tehran has fired missiles and drones at several countries in the Gulf region. In support of its key ally, Hezbollah began firing multiple rockets into Israel, opening another front in the conflict.
