A police force has said it will carry out dedicated patrols around synagogues and other Jewish venues during Hanukkah.
Thames Valley Police will increase its presence at the worship sites following the attack at Bondi beach in Sydney on Sunday.
Two gunmen targeted Jewish people attending a Hanukkah event, killing 15 people.
Ch Supt Steve Raffield said: “We are working closely with our partners, faith leaders and community leads to ensure our communities are safe.

“There is no intelligence to suggest any threat in the Thames Valley, but we want to ask the public to remain vigilant.”
The force urged everyone to remain alert when attending events or in public spaces and to alert officers if they see something suspicious.
