A new year has arrived, and that means we’ll soon be in the midst of a while new awards season, filled with stylish red carpet looks, heartwarming (and heart-wrenching) speeches, and attempts at comic sketches from hosts and presenters that will run the gamut from hilarious and memorable to wildly cringe-worthy.<\/span><\/p>\n The awards season landscape has finally gotten back on track following several years of pandemic-related delays and changes, and then the <\/span>now-settled WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes<\/a>, which many worried would shake up the awards show calendar once again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Music awards shows — including the GRAMMY Awards and the Billboard Music Awards — were less impacted by the strikes, and are scheduled to go on as planned. Meanwhile, some film and TV-based awards that were postponed <\/span>have been rescheduled<\/a>, including the Oscars and Golden Globes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Below, ET has your handy\u00a0calendar that will be continuously updated with all the key dates and details as we learn more about what’s to come from the <\/span>SAG Awards<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>GRAMMYs<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>BAFTA Awards<\/a>\u00a0and more.<\/span><\/p>\n When:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Sunday, Feb. 4, 2024 at\u00a08 p.m. ET \/ 5 p.m. PT.<\/span><\/p>\n Where:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles<\/span><\/p>\n How to Watch: <\/span><\/strong>The 66th ceremony will broadcast and stream live on CBS and\u00a0<\/span>Paramount+<\/a><\/p>\n What to Know: <\/span><\/strong>Fans found out which artists would be in the running for the prestigious GRAMMY statues this year\u00a0<\/span>when the full list of nominations<\/a> was announced on Nov. 10.\u00a0<\/span>SZA<\/a>\u00a0is this year’s most-nominated artist with 9 noms, followed by\u00a0<\/span>Phoebe Bridgers<\/a>\u00a0(7), Serban Ghenea (7),\u00a0<\/span>Victoria Mon\u00e9t<\/a>\u00a0(7),\u00a0<\/span>Jack Antonoff<\/a>\u00a0(6),\u00a0<\/span>Jon Batiste<\/a>\u00a0(6), boygenius (6), Brandy Clark (6),\u00a0<\/span>Miley Cyrus<\/a>\u00a0(6),\u00a0<\/span>Billie Eilish<\/a>\u00a0(6),\u00a0<\/span>Olivia Rodrigo<\/a>\u00a0(6) and\u00a0<\/span>Taylor Swift<\/a>\u00a0(6). The nominations were announced during a livestream from the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles, which featured\u00a0Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. as well as some special guests.<\/span><\/p>\n It was announced earlier this year that the upcoming\u00a0<\/span>66th GRAMMY Awards<\/a>\u00a0will feature three new categories:\u00a0Best African Music Performance,\u00a0Best Alternative Jazz Album\u00a0and\u00a0Best Pop Dance Recording.\u00a0Additionally, the GRAMMYs are moving two categories —\u00a0Producer of the Year, Non-Classical\u00a0and Songwriter of the Year, Non-Classical — to the General Field, allowing all GRAMMY voters to cast their vote for the categories.<\/span><\/p>\n Additionally, <\/span>Trevor Noah revealed in December that he would once again be hosting<\/a> the show — marking his fourth time in a row serving as emcee.\u00a0 Noah announced the news during an episode of his podcast,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>What Now? With Trevor Noah<\/a><\/em>, and exclaimed, “I’m excited about that! Meanwhile,\u00a0Molly McNearney — Kimmel’s wife, who serves as the <\/span>Jimmy Kimmel Live <\/span><\/em>co-head writer — will executive produce the telecast.\u00a0Kimmel previously hosted the ceremony in 2017, 2018 and 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Nominees for this year’s show<\/a> were announced on Jan. 23, and included some divisive choice — as well as some shocking snubs (including Margot Robbie and Greta Gerwig getting largely shut out, despite Barbie’s eight total noms).
