Some people celebrate the Super Bowl, some celebrate Derby Day. And others celebrate the Met Gala, the benefit ball for the Metropolitan Museum of Art\u2019s <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Costume_Institute\" title=\"Costume Institute\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Costume Institute<\/a> on the first Monday in May. This year, the exhibition is \u201cSleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion,\u201d and the dress code is \u201cThe Garden of Time.\u201d Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Hemsworth and Bad Bunny are <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/05\/01\/fashion\/met-gala-hosts-co-chairs.html\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">hosts<\/a> of the event, alongside, of course, Anna Wintour. Live coverage from E! will feature the host Ross Mathews interviewing attendees on the red carpet and at the Mark Hotel and the Pierre Hotel beforehand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\"><strong class=\"css-8qgvsz ebyp5n10\">OMG FASHUN <\/strong><em class=\"css-2fg4z9 e1gzwzxm0\">9 p.m. on E! <\/em><a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2023\/09\/25\/style\/julia-fox-memoir-down-the-drain.html\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Julia Fox<\/a> is following up her memoir \u201cDown the Drain,\u201d from last year, with this sustainable fashion competition show. Teaming up with <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/05\/02\/style\/law-roach-zendaya-met-gala.html\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Law Roach<\/a>, the mastermind stylist behind Zendaya\u2019s incredible press looks for \u201cChallengers,\u201d each episode features three designers creating outfits with Fox as their muse.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"css-kypbrf eoo0vm40\" id=\"link-3293ef27\">Tuesday<\/h2>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\"><strong class=\"css-8qgvsz ebyp5n10\">WEDDING CRASHERS (2005) <\/strong><em class=\"css-2fg4z9 e1gzwzxm0\">10:30 p.m. on Paramount. <\/em>Rom-coms are making a come back this year (see: <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/04\/23\/movies\/anyone-but-you-sydney-sweeney-glen-powell.html\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">\u201cAnyone But You\u201d<\/a>), and I hope buddy comedies are next. The brand was marketed as \u201cone size fits all,\u201d but that one size was \u2026 tiny. This marathon begins with Season 2 when Chastain, as chief stew, and Captain Lee Rosbach were one of Bravo\u2019s most dynamic duos. Come for the crew drama and annoying guests, stay for the daydreams of sailing on a charter yacht.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\"><strong class=\"css-8qgvsz ebyp5n10\">ABBA: AGAINST THE ODDS <\/strong><em class=\"css-2fg4z9 e1gzwzxm0\">8 p.m. on the CW.<\/em> Mamma Mia, am I excited for this documentary about the Swedish pop group ABBA. Released for the 50th anniversary of their album \u201cWaterloo,\u201d the film starts with their win at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 and includes archival footage and new interviews with the band as they discuss some of their biggest hits.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"css-kypbrf eoo0vm40\" id=\"link-6a44263\">Sunday<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<aside class=\"css-ew4tgv\" aria-label=\"companion column\"\/><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"css-53u6y8\">\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\"><strong class=\"css-8qgvsz ebyp5n10\">TIME 100: THE WORLD\u2019S MOST INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE <\/strong><em class=\"css-2fg4z9 e1gzwzxm0\">10 p.m. on ABC. <\/em>What do Dua Lipa, Dev Patel, Mark Cuban, Patrick Mahomes and Tory Burch have in common? They are all on Time magazine\u2019s most influential people list of 2024. This broadcast of the gala honoring the recipients, which took place last month in New York City, features performances by Lipa and Fantasia Barrino, as well as appearances by Maya Rudolph, Kelley Robinson and 21 Savage. Taraji P. Henson is the host, and Michael J.
