{"id":29079,"date":"2024-05-13T22:00:22","date_gmt":"2024-05-14T02:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newssprinters.com\/index.php\/world\/new-luxury-train-route-in-vietnam-offers-stunning-coastal-views-afternoon-tea\/13\/05\/2024\/"},"modified":"2024-05-13T22:00:22","modified_gmt":"2024-05-14T02:00:22","slug":"new-luxury-train-route-in-vietnam-offers-stunning-coastal-views-afternoon-tea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newssprinters.com\/index.php\/world\/new-luxury-train-route-in-vietnam-offers-stunning-coastal-views-afternoon-tea\/13\/05\/2024\/","title":{"rendered":"New luxury train route in Vietnam offers stunning coastal views, afternoon tea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>There\u2019s nothing quite like settling back into your train seat, the urban skyline out the window fading into lush natural landscapes as you make your way to your next destination.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/travel\/the-most-exciting-new-trains-coming-in-2024\/index.html?cid=external-feeds_iluminar_yahoo\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:rail experts;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">rail experts<\/a>, an increasing number of luxury travelers are looking to experience this sensation, all part of a global shift towards slower and more sustainable tourism activities.<\/p>\n<p>Anantara is among the hospitality giants now tapping into this demand, with the high-end hotel brand offering a new five-hour luxury train experience in southern Vietnam that connects the popular resort destinations of Na Trang and Quy Nhon \u2013 its second route in the country.<\/p>\n<p>The first \u201cThe Vietage by Anantara\u201d luxury train carriage launched in 2020 \u2013 a six-hour journey connecting Da Nang and Quy Nhon.<\/p>\n<p>Ananatara\u2019s head of PR and marketing for Vietnam, Kate Jones tells CNN the new carriage heads in the opposite direction and aims to expose travelers to even more of Vietnam\u2019s beautiful views. The new route departs from Nha Trang Train Station at 2 p.m., arriving at Dieu Tri Station in Quy Nhon at 6:29 p.m. For those preferring to travel in the opposite direction, trains depart Dieu Tri Train Station at 2:15 p.m. &#8211; arriving at Nha Trang Train Station at 6:36 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The original route departs from Da Nang Train Station at 8 a.m., arriving at Quy Nhon\u2019s Dieu Tri Station at 2:03 p.m. There is also an evening option that departs Quy Nhon at 7:00 p.m., arriving in Da Nang at 12:53 a.m. the following day.
