While <\/span>Black Panther: Wakanda Forever<\/em><\/a> marked the end of Phase Four\u00a0in the <\/span>Marvel Cinematic Universe<\/a>, it was not the end of the MCU, or even the Multiverse Saga. In fact, the ever-expanding continues on\u00a0as it\u00a0explores the lives familiar characters\u00a0and introduces new heroes (and major villains) both on film and television, with projects slated through 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n In 2022, audiences were treated to\u00a0<\/span>Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness<\/em><\/a>\u00a0as well as\u00a0<\/span>Thor: Love and Thunder<\/em><\/a> and the <\/span>Black Panther<\/span><\/em> sequel in theaters, while\u00a0<\/span>Moon Knight<\/em><\/a>, <\/span>Ms. Marvel<\/em><\/a> and\u00a0<\/span>She-Hulk: Attorney at Law<\/a><\/em>\u00a0all debuted on Disney+. We were even gifted two timely specials, with <\/span>Werewolf by Night<\/em><\/a> pegged to Halloween and\u00a0<\/span>The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special<\/em><\/a> arriving just in time for Christmas.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In 2023, Marvel kicked off Phase Five with <\/span>Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania<\/em><\/a>\u00a0and will continue through Phase 6 in 2027,\u00a0closing out the Multiverse Saga with two back-to-back <\/span>Avengers<\/span><\/em> movies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n At San Diego Comic-Con in 2024, Marvel boss Kevin Feige took the stage to introduce a few of the biggest upcoming films: <\/span>Captain America: Brave New World<\/span><\/em>, <\/span>Thunderbolts*<\/em><\/a>, and <\/span>The Fantastic Four: First Steps<\/em><\/a> — as well as confirm that Joe and Anthony Russo would return to direct the next two <\/span>Avengers<\/span><\/em> films.<\/span><\/p>\n Below is\u00a0a breakdown of everything we know about Phase Five\u00a0and beyond.<\/span><\/p>\n Phase Five<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Head writer:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Jac Schaeffer\u00a0<\/span> Everyone’s favorite nosy neighbor Agnes-turned-powerful-witch Agatha is set to get her own <\/span>WandaVision<\/span><\/em> spinoff previously called\u00a0<\/span>Agatha: House of Harkness<\/span><\/em>,<\/span>\u00a0Agatha: Coven of Chaos<\/span><\/em>, and\u00a0<\/span>Agatha: The Lying Witch with Great Wardrobe<\/span><\/em>\u00a0(which all turned out to be jokes). According to <\/span>Variety<\/span><\/em>,\u00a0the series will be a dark comedy with <\/span>WandaVision<\/span><\/em> head writer Jac Schaeffer at the helm as the show’s writer and executive producer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When ET caught up with the Emmy-nominated actress, she played coy about the series.\u00a0“Witches, witches, witches, witches,” <\/span>Hahn said<\/a> when asked what she could tease about the spinoff, before adding,\u00a0“I’m very excited about it.”<\/span><\/p>\n She continued, “I’m very excited for you to see it.”<\/span><\/p>\n Read more about <\/span>Agatha All Along<\/em><\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Black Panther <\/span><\/em>director Ryan Coogler produces the new series, created and directed by Todd Harris.<\/span> Eyes of Wakanda <\/span><\/em>centers on the stories of Wakandan\u00a0warriors throughout history who have traveled the world to retrieve dangerous\u00a0vibranium\u00a0artifacts.<\/span><\/p>\n Starring:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Hudson Thames, Eugene Byrd, Grace Song,\u00a0Hugh Dancy,\u00a0Kari Wahlgren,\u00a0Zeno Robinson,\u00a0Charlie Cox, Paul F. Tompkins<\/span><\/p>\n Previously known as <\/span>Spider-Man: Freshman Year<\/span><\/em>, this animated installment in the <\/span>Spider-Man<\/span><\/em> franchise follows Peter Parker on his way to becoming the titular hero in the MCU, with a journey unlike we’ve ever seen and a style that celebrates the character\u2019s early comic book roots.<\/span><\/p>\n From creator and head writer Jeff Trammell, the series is set in an alternate universe from the main MCU, in which before Peter is mentored by Norman Osbourn, not Tony Stark. It will also include various Spidey suits, and some familiar names from the Marvel canon, including Nico Minuro of <\/span>Runaways<\/span><\/em>, Lonnie Lincoln, Amadeus Cho, Harry Osborn, and more. Charlie Cox is also set to reprise his Daredevil role and voice the animated version of the character in the show.<\/span><\/p>\n Starring:<\/span><\/strong> Anthony Mackie, Harrison Ford,\u00a0Danny Ramirez,\u00a0Shira Haas,\u00a0Xosha Roquemore,\u00a0Carl Lumbly,\u00a0Giancarlo Esposito,\u00a0Liv Tyler,\u00a0Tim Blake Nelson<\/span><\/p>\n The Falcon and the Winter Soldier<\/span><\/em> ends with Sam Wilson officially picking up the star-spangled shield and an updated title card that acknowledges his new moniker: <\/span>Captain America and the Winter Soldier<\/span><\/em>. Following the finale, Anthony Mackie it was reported he would next front <\/span>his own Captain America<\/em> movie<\/a>, to be scripted be <\/span>FAWS <\/span><\/em>duo\u00a0Malcolm Spellman and staff writer Dalan Musson.<\/span><\/p>\n For his part, <\/span>Mackie says<\/a>, “They always have some kind of plan. But there’s, like, 30 million projects in production right now, so I just wait for the phone call from Kevin [Feige] and Nate [Moore] to tell me what I’m doing,” while <\/span>Spellman says<\/a>, “When Kevin says it, then it is.”<\/span><\/p>\n Read more about the <\/span>Captain America<\/em> films<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Starring:<\/span><\/strong> Charlie Cox,\u00a0Vincent D\u2019Onofrio,\u00a0Jon Bernthal,\u00a0Margarita Levieva,\u00a0Michael Gandolfini,\u00a0Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan,\u00a0Deborah Ann Woll,\u00a0Elden Henson,\u00a0Wilson Bethel, Jeremy Earl, Ayelet Zurer<\/span><\/p>\n Cox is returning at the titular superhero opposite\u00a0D\u2019Onofrio in an all-new,\u00a018-episode season that will continue the saga of Daredevil.<\/span><\/p>\n “It’s a bizarre experience to have played this character, to have the experiences I’ve had with this character, and the journey we’ve been on with the show, for that to be finished and ended — in my mind and heart, it’s over — and then to be yanked back in and suddenly we’re starting again and it’s all happening again,” Cox <\/span>admitted to ET<\/a> in 2022, after reprising his role on <\/span>She-Hulk<\/span><\/em>. “It feels a bit like a dream.”<\/span><\/p>\n For now, Cox admitted that he’s happy to “know what everyone else knows” about <\/span>Born Again<\/span><\/em>, which is very little so far.”[It’s] a great feeling, ’cause I can’t spoil anything,” he laughed. “I haven’t read anything– \u00a0I’m psyched to discover what stories they’re gonna tell over that long period of time, tonally, what it’s gonna be like, how is it different, how is it the same, you know?”<\/span><\/p>\n The actor added that Kevin Feige “has been very clear” about <\/span>Daredevil: Born Again<\/span><\/em> being “season 1 not a season 4,” hinting that the new series will not pick up where the Netflix show left off.\u00a0“It’s a whole new deal, and in a way, that’s what’s great about that, is that we potentially get to tell some of the stories over and over again, in the same way that they do in the comics,” Cox pointed out.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
