Teresa Giudice<\/a>\u2019s husband, <\/span>Louie Ruelas<\/a>, expressed regret for his controversial remarks about <\/span>Margaret Josephs<\/a>\u2019 son during the explosive finale of <\/span>The Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/i><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n On Tuesday, Ruelas took to his Instagram story to address the backlash, saying, “The finale was very tough for me to watch and I wanted to address it with you all. After watching the finale, I was disappointed in my actions in bringing up Margaret Josephs’ son. The reason he was even brought up was because I have been dealing with being falsely accused of calling Margaret’s son at work, which is simply not true. For the last year, Margaret kept putting this narrative out there that I called her son at work, and I have had to deal with it knowing I am being lied on.”<\/span><\/p>\n Ruelas, 49, continued, “Still, I know better than to bring someone\u2019s child up, and it is something I deeply regret. So, I do want to apologize and acknowledge that I was wrong. There\u2019s been a lot of toxicity on the show that has affected everyone. We have been dealing with a lot of frustrating things behind the scenes, and it has been very hard for our entire family and my children, who have been really impacted by all that\u2019s happened at the hands of certain people. Two wrongs don\u2019t make a right, and I deeply regret saying what I said.”<\/span><\/p>\n During the season 14 finale of <\/span>The Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/span><\/i>, Ruelas made a polarizing comment while discussing the ongoing feud with Giudice before her explosive “Last Supper” with her co-stars. Ruelas expressed his frustration, stating, “Tell her to stay away from our family. And you know what? I hope Margaret and her family suffer. You know, I hope her f**king son suffers the way I suffered, the way other people in our family have suffered.”<\/span><\/p>\n This statement came after Giudice accused Josephs of talking to one of Ruelas\u2019 exes and spreading negative allegations about him.
