However, the official state tourism department&#8217;s footage featured different scenes from those shown in the misleading posts.<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;Promotional video for Malacca\u00a0tourism but it looks like a video of visiting Guangzhou,&#8221; it was produced by a Chinese state broadcaster to mark 50 years of diplomatic ties between Malaysia and China.<\/p>\n<h3>Chinese broadcaster clip<\/h3>\n<p>A keyword search on Xiaohongshu found the same <a href=\"http:\/\/xhslink.com\/PMc1UT\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:clip;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">clip<\/a> shared by a Malaysian tour agency, Golden Point Leisure &amp; MICE Holiday on July 19, 2024 (<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240827042432\/https:\/\/www.xiaohongshu.com\/explore\/6698e494000000002501536d?app_platform=ios&amp;app_version=8.49.1&amp;share_from_user_hidden=true&amp;xsec_source=app_share&amp;type=video&amp;xsec_token=CB1upEn_pCH9-SRxfC6BR6zqI8jJTtg6ILyp6NRz38HBE=&amp;author_share=1&amp;xhsshare=CopyLink&amp;shareRedId=ODo4NDc8NT42NzUyOTgwNjg8OTg6S0c5&amp;apptime=1724123123&amp;share_id=f721de082f8241eabacad3b3e5ad1ab0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:archived link;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">archived link<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Its simplified Chinese caption states the song was a collaboration between Malaysian singer Ah Niu and Chinese singer Huang Ying, who sang a mashup of the Malay-language folk song &#8220;Rasa Sayang&#8221;
