BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB<\/span>) \u2013 Members of a group called \u201cChristians United for Israel\u201d say they are pleased with the outcome of the presidential election.<\/p>\n Representatives for the national organization were in town on Thursday night, speaking to several hundred local residents at the Boardwalk Beach Resort.<\/p>\n New changes make it easier to say \u201cI do\u201d on PCB sandy beaches <\/a><\/p>\n The majority of the discussion centered on Israel\u2019s war with Hamas and Hezbollah. They are also upset about the Palestinian protests and encampments on college campuses, saying they must stop.<\/p>\n Thursday night\u2019s speakers claim the news media is not telling the truth and that their goal is to educate the American people about what they say is actually happening.<\/p>\n \u201cSo don\u2019t let anybody confuse you. Don\u2019t let anybody make you think that it\u2019s complicated. Because what we do is very simple,\u201d \u2018Christians United for Israel\u2019 Chairwoman Sandra Hagee Parker said.<\/p>\n \u201cWe gather here tonight on the heels of a historic election. For the past four years Iran saw American as weak and leaderless, tonight, Iran and its category of terrorist organizations meaning Hamas and Hezbollah are now trembling in fear,\u201d Keynote Speaker Pastor John Hagee said.<\/p>\n Speakers say they\u2019re not interested in a cease-fire and will only accept the return of all the hostages and Israel\u2019s total victory over Hamas.<\/p>\n Copyright 2024 Nexstar Media, Inc.
