Vietnamese caf\u00e9 chain Three O’Clock is set to expand into the South Asian market after awarding exclusive regional franchise rights to India’s franchise group FranGlobal.<\/p>\n
The strategic partnership aims to establish 100 stores across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh up to 2034, as reported by World Coffee Portal.<\/em><\/p>\n FranGlobal chairman Gaurav Marya expressed confidence that Three O’Clock’s unique dual coffee and tea menu would appeal to young consumers in these regions.<\/p>\n The caf\u00e9’s offerings range from classic espressos and americanos to innovative salted coffees and espresso tiramisus, available both hot and cold.<\/p>\n Its milk tea selection includes jasmine oolongs, cloudy avocado leaf teas and full-leaf black teas.<\/p>\n Established in 2016, Three O’Clock has built a presence in Vietnam with ten outlets offering 24-hour service in Ho Chi Minh City.<\/p>\n The brand is expected to debut internationally in India by May 2025, with FranGlobal targeting high-traffic locations such as shopping centres and airports in major cities such as Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi.<\/p>\n Three O’Clock founder and CEO Thuan Nguyen views this agreement as a pivotal move to promote Vietnamese coffee globally.<\/p>\n According to World Coffee Portal<\/em><\/a> research, Vietnam’s branded coffee shop sector is robust, with more than 5,700 outlets and more than 50 operators.<\/p>\n While international expansion poses financial and operational challenges for Vietnamese brands, several have successfully ventured overseas.<\/p>\n The growing interest in Vietnamese coffee chains is evident.
