The first season was a hit and <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thewrap.com\/the-secret-lives-of-mormon-wives-hulu-streaming-viewership-popularity\/\" title=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">became Hulu\u2019s top-watched unscripted series in 2024.<\/a> Now the ladies from Utah are ready for more <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2015\/11\/30\/us\/utah-soda-wars.html\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">dirty sodas<\/a>, baby daddy drama and rehashing of the <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.buzzfeed.com\/aronawriting\/secret-lives-of-mormon-wives-soft-swinging-scandal-explained\" title=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">swinging scandal.<\/a> Joining the cast is Miranda McWhorter, who was involved in the original <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/09\/06\/style\/secret-lives-mormon-wives-momtok.html\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">TikTok drama<\/a> that popularized the group. The series follows the neurosurgeon Maggie Sullivan (Morgan Kohan) who fled to the small town that her father, Sully (Patterson), lives in to get away from a work-related scandal. Now, three years later, Maggie and Cal (Murray) are officially an item, and the trio are dealing with the aftermath of a diner fire from the Season 2 cliffhanger. It\u2019s about to be cottage season in Canada, and this show perfectly sets those vibes. <em class=\"css-2fg4z9 e1gzwzxm0\">Wednesday at 8 p.m. on the CW.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<aside class=\"css-ew4tgv\" aria-label=\"companion column\"\/><\/div>\n<div data-testid=\"companionColumn-2\">\n<div class=\"css-53u6y8\">\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">The Ryan Murphy series <strong class=\"css-8qgvsz ebyp5n10\">\u201cDoctor Odyssey\u201d<\/strong> has left viewers with lots of questions: Was it all a fever dream? Why is this cruise ship equipped with a CT machine? How can we clone Joshua Jackson in real life? It is unclear whether any of these questions will be answered in this week\u2019s finale. The show \u2014 which follows the lives of a doctor and two nurses in charge of a cruise ship\u2019s infirmary who spend more time canoodling, drinking and relaxing in the hot tub than doing any actual work \u2014 has covered orca attacks, mistaken pregnancies and the dangers of a raw diet. With Josh Holloway\u2019s character at her side as a getaway driver, the two go on a mission to break up a growing crime syndicate. Of note, this is J.J. She <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2014\/09\/05\/arts\/television\/joan-rivers-dies.html\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">died in September 2014<\/a> after a minor procedure led to cardiac arrest.
