Radisson Hotel Group is set to enhance its presence in France with a series of strategic hotel signings and launches.<\/p>\n
This expansion will see the group’s portfolio in France grow to 34 hotels, both operational and in development, across different market segments such as upscale and luxury lifestyle.<\/p>\n
Radisson Hotel Group global chief development officer and executive vice-president Elie Younes said: \u201cFrance is a strategic growth market for Radisson Hotel Group, where we aim to significantly expand our footprint.\u201d<\/p>\n
Four signings took place recently in the country. Banke Opera Paris, a Radisson Collection hotel, is set to open in the third quarter next year.<\/p>\n
A former bank, the property is located near the Galeries Lafayette and Op\u00e9ra Garnier, offering a prime location for both business and leisure travellers.<\/p>\n
The 90-room hotel, now owned by a Spanish family office, will undergo a significant renovation to reflect a modern Parisian experience.<\/p>\n
It features a Belle \u00c9poque fa\u00e7ade, a Gustave Eiffel-designed staircase, and a 19th-century atrium with a reception, bar, and restaurant.<\/p>\n
Guests will also have access to a gym and wellness facilities located in the former bank vault, as well as meeting and event spaces.<\/p>\n
Scheduled to open at the end of this year, Paris Roissy CDG Airport will further Radisson Blu\u2019s footprint.<\/p>\n
Positioned in front of Terminal 3 of Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and next to the Roissy Val train station, the 305-room hotel will be upgraded in 2026.<\/p>\n
The refurbishment will include the reception area and restaurant-bar, with 1,500m\u00b2 of meeting facilities.<\/p>\n
These additions will expand the group’s presence in the \u00cele-de-France region to 11 hotels with around 1,700 rooms.<\/p>\n
Radisson Resort Cannes is set to introduce the group\u2019s upscale brand to the C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur, featuring 100 rooms with direct beach access and an outdoor swimming pool.<\/p>\n
Byron Gestion recently acquired this property, and it is set for a renovation before opening under the Radisson brand next year.<\/p>\n
The 52-room H\u00f4tel Beaux Arts Bourges, a member of Radisson Individuals, is anticipated to launch in 2027 in Bourges, near the main city square.<\/p>\n
Supporting the expansion, Radisson Hotel Group has a pipeline of upcoming launches, including Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule and Maison Rivoli Paris, both Radisson Collection Hotels, and Radisson Blu Hotel, Triangle Paris, all set to open between late 2025 and early 2027.<\/p>\n
