Minor Hotels\u2019 luxury hospitality brand Tivoli Hotels & Resorts has opened its third property in Brazil, launching the Tivoli Maiorana Bel\u00e9m Par\u00e1 Hotel in Bel\u00e9m, Par\u00e1.<\/p>\n
This marks the brand\u2019s first hotel in northern Brazil.<\/p>\n
The property is situated in the Campina district, with access to key city landmarks such as the Basilica of Nazar\u00e9, Esta\u00e7\u00e3o das Docas, Pra\u00e7a da Rep\u00fablica, and Ver-o-Peso Market.<\/p>\n
The hotel features 176 rooms, including four suites and two Presidential Suites.<\/p>\n
The Presidential Suites are located on upper floors, and each suite offers 220m\u00b2 of space with views over Guajar\u00e1 Bay, a main bedroom with a king-size bed, separate living and dining areas, a bathtub, and a 24-hour butler service.<\/p>\n
The property will also feature various dining options and an Anantara Spa offering Thai-inspired treatments, along with a relaxation lounge and a sauna.<\/p>\n
Guests can also access a rooftop outdoor pool and a fitness centre.<\/p>\n
For events, Tivoli Maiorana Bel\u00e9m Par\u00e1 Hotel provides five meeting and convention spaces capable of hosting up to 500 people. These venues offer natural light and technological support for conferences or smaller gatherings.<\/p>\n
The hotel\u2019s location also allows business guests access to government and commercial centres in the city.<\/p>\n
Tivoli Hotels & Resorts began operations in Lisbon, Portugal, in 1933 and has since expanded to other markets, including Brazil, China, Italy, Qatar and Spain.<\/p>\n
Other Brazilian properties include Tivoli Ecoresort Praia do Forte in Bahia and Tivoli Mofarrej S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n
