With its largest-ever product campaign for electric vehicles, the Volkswagen Group says it is consistently implementing its \u201cIn China, for China\u201d strategy\u2014starting with \u201cAuto China 2026\u201d in Beijing.<\/p>\n
Under the motto \u201cRise Up\u201d, the Volkswagen Group will present ten models from four brands at its \u2018Media Night\u2019 on April 21, while also giving a preview of how AI-powered systems will help shape the future of mobility.<\/p>\n

The JETTA brand is unveiling its first show car for smart electric mobility in the entry-level segment;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
Volkswagen brand is introducing its second ID. UNYX model developed as part of its partnership with XPENG;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
FAW-Volkswagen will unveil its first all-electric model of the ID. AURA series based on the China Electronic Architecture (CEA).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
AUDI debuts the exterior of its second series production model, the AUDI E7X1, designed to reach new customer groups.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Ralf Brandst\u00e4tter, Member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG for China and Chairman and CEO of Volkswagen Group China said: \u201cStarting in 2026, we will launch a new vehicle on average every two weeks. This is the Volkswagen Group\u2019s largest-ever electric mobility offensive in China. The Beijing Auto Show underscores the consistency and speed of our realignment.\u201d<\/p>\n
In 2026 alone, the VW Group says it will launch over 20 new electrified vehicles (NEVs\u2014including pure electric models, plug-in hybrids, and range-extender variants) onto the Chinese market, as well as a range of revised and updated vehicles with internal combustion engines (ICE). In doing so, the Volkswagen Group is expanding its portfolio, tailored to the needs of Chinese customers.<\/p>\n
