of Hamas&#8217;s 7 October 2023 attacks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;Odeh was responsible for the murder, abduction, and wounding of many Israeli citizens and IDF soldiers,&#8221;
