Adam Driver<\/a> had some choice words for one attendee at a recent screening of his new film, <\/span>Ferrari<\/em><\/a>, during a Q&A after the movie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n While taking questions from the audience, Driver, 39, responded “f**k you,” to one critic who said he found the movie to be “cheesy.”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In a video posted to the social media platform X — formerly known as Twitter — the unidentified film festival attendee gives his opinion on the movie before asking if the actor agrees with him.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n “What do you think about crash scenes — that they looked pretty harsh, drastic and I must say, cheesy for me. What do you think?” the audience member asks Driver in the now-viral video.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Driver — who is seen seated at the front of the theater with a mic in his hand — takes a brief pause before giving his blunt response.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n “F**k you, I don’t know,” Driver says in the video, causing the audience members to gasp and laugh.<\/span><\/p>\n “Next question, please,” the <\/span>Star Wars: The Force Awakens<\/span><\/em> actor says.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The Q&A took place at the Camerimage Film Festival in Poland on Sunday. The film festival is primarily known for being\u00a0cinematography-oriented.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Online, the majority of social media users supported the\u00a0<\/span>House of Gucci<\/span><\/em> actor’s response to what the internet deemed a “rude” question and comment from the audience member.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n “Normalize this response to stupid Q&A questions,” wrote X user @CinemaJoe while quoting the video.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n “My man,” responded\u00a0<\/span>Knives Out<\/span><\/em> director Rian Johnson.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Driver has been on a months-long press tour to promote <\/span>Ferrari<\/span><\/em>, which has already given him Oscar buzz after debuting at the Venice International Film Festival in August to a raucous six-minute standing ovation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The biopic, directed by <\/span>Heat <\/span><\/em>and <\/span>The Last of the Mohicans\u00a0<\/span><\/em>director Michael Mann, tells the story of Italian racing legend and car manufacturer Enzo Ferrari.<\/span><\/p>\n The movie is based on Brock Yates’\u00a01991 biography<\/span>\u00a0Enzo Ferrari: The Man, the Cars, the Races, the Machine <\/span><\/em>and also stars <\/span>Penelope Cruz<\/a>, <\/span>Shailene Woodley<\/a>, <\/span>Patrick Dempsey<\/a> and <\/span>Noomi Rapace<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Ferrari<\/span><\/em>\u00a0races into theaters Dec. 25.<\/span><\/p>\n RELATED CONTENT:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
