But Armenian separatist officials said \u201cthere are victims and wounded.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">\u201cA strong explosion occurred in the gasoline warehouse near the Stepanakert-Askera highway,\u201d the authorities said in a statement. \u201cAt the moment, rescue and medical operative groups are working on the spot.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">The Associated Press reported that several dozen people were injured in the blast, which it said happened at a gas station just outside Stepanakert, the capital of the breakaway region.
